Lanaverre is a Bordeaux shipyard that built dinghies between 1950 and 1976, when it was bought out. This shipyard set up by Lucien Lanaverre and which counted in its ranks Christian Maury built thousands of dinghies: 420, 470, 505, but also Europe, Finn or Jet, 490 and 590.

In 1976, Lucien Lanaverre sold his company to Dubigeon (of which Yachting France became the yachting branch). Lanaverre boats are often quite old but particularly adapted to "touring" and "leisure" sailing. Moreover, they are the delight of handymen who love these old hulls to renovate.
