Very nice Topper white formula never sailed new condition. Cover with road trailer and launch. The Topper white formula is a small two-man dinghy with a planing hull. Equipped with two trapezes, a mainsail, a spinnaker and a jib. This double-handed dinghy performs well, but is forgiving of minor errors.
