The Figaro 2 was the one-design for the "Figaro" ocean racing circuit until 2019 when it was replaced by its successor: the Figaro 3.
The Figaro 2, designed by Marc Lombard was launched in 2003, produced like all Figaro boats by the Beneteau shipyard, almost 100 copies were produced.
Even though it is a relatively simple racing boat, it is equipped with 2 rudders and a carbon mast.

This boat has been designed to be a one-design for the prestigious single-handed stage race "La Solitaire du Figaro". It is therefore a boat with a very reduced layout which will have to undergo quite a bit of transformation to make it a cruising boat.
