**FARR 727 built by the MALLARD shipyard Ideal boat for a compromise race-cruise because very livable for its size, good performance in regatta in its category. The boat sailed 6 years ago before being stored on its trailer for a total refit by a professional stratifier (previous owner). No trace of osmosis to be noticed, very healthy hull. Inventory: - 15 year old mast with messengers to facilitate the passage of halyards, forestay and backstay in place - 2 sets of sails including 1 mylar genoa and main sail in yard (X Sails), spinnaker - balconies to be replaced, 2 speed winches, ball bearing mainsail car, good quality fittings with stainless steel screws - trailer with inertia brake, 1 set of tires to be changed (100 €) was regularly used to sail to La Rochelle - no electronics
